Users Cost

Users are only able to run and view ongoing runs using playbooks that have already been created by a Developer+. They cannot manipulate the code, but they can update questions that allow for variables to be added to the run at runtime. They can be added until the Max Allotted Users cap is reached.

Developers+ Cost

Developers+ includes Developers, Admins and Super Admin. It also includes normal Users who are promoted in any workspace to Developer or Admin. They are able to view/manipulate code, start and view ongoing Ansible runs, add/remove collections and roles, update WebForms, etc. They can be added until the Max Allotted Developers+ cap is reached.

Ops Viewers Cost

Ops Viewers are able to view/manipulate OpsBox and view ongoing Ansible runs. It also includes normal Users who are promoted in any workspace to Ops Viewer. They can be added until the Max Allotted Ops Viewers cap is reached.

Targets Cost

Targets are the nodes that the Ansible playbooks target. These targets can be requested to be added by a Developer+ and can only be added up until the Max Allotted Targets cap is reached.

Flat Base Rate for Personal Accounts

All personal account are charged at a flat base rate. This user will have the Super Admin role which allows for all actions to be performed within the account. Price can increase if Additional AI Usage is added.

Additional AI Usage (Account Pool)

AI Usage is calculated by the number of Developers+ and Ops Viewers your account has and is collected into your Account Pool . The more Developers+ and Ops Viewers your account has, the more AI Usage is added to your Account Pool. Adding additional AI Usage will increase the pool size, not directly increasing the amount each Developer+ or Ops Viewer will receive. The cost for adding Additional AI Usage scales based off the number of Develops+ and Ops Viewers your account has.

Adjust Maximum Allotted Items For Your Account

Adjust the cap of Users, Developers+, Ops Viewers, and Targets your account can have up to. Only the accounts with the correct permissions can add these items to your account up until the specified threshold. Once the threshold is reached, any request to add more will be denied and a notification will be sent out to all Super Admins to update these Maximum Allotted values. You will not be charged at this time. The charge will incur at the time of item addition. You cannot make the threshold lower than the current number of the items.

Maximum Allotted Users

The Maximum Allotted Users is the maximum number of users any Super Admin can add to the Account OR workspace role demotions an Admin can make. The maximum number of users is tracked per monthly cycle and will be recalculated each month. This means that removing a user will allow you to add another user at no charge. This also means that removing a user will not charge back the account.

The Maximum Allotted Developers+ is the maximum number of Developers, Admins and Super Admins can exist within an Account. This includes any User who is elevated to Developer or Admin in any workspace. The maximum number of Developers+ is tracked per monthly cycle and will be recalculated each month. This means that removing a Developer+ will allow you to add another Developer+ at no charge. This also means that removing a Developer+ will not charge back the account.

The Maximum Allotted Ops Viewers is the maximum number of Ops Viewers that can exist within an Account. This includes any User who is elevated to Ops Viewer in any workspace. The maximum number of Ops Viewers is tracked per monthly cycle and will be recalculated each month. This means that removing an Ops Viewer will allow you to add another Ops Viewer at no charge. This also means that removing an Ops Viewer will not charge back the account.
