Glossary

A few definitions.

Operators and Administrators can be one of three types:

Developer+

Includes Developers, Admins, and Super Admins, plus regular Users promoted in any workspace. They can view and manipulate code, start and view ongoing Automation runs, add or remove collections and roles, update WebForms, interact with the OpsBox to query about their environment, and more.

Or
User

Users can run and view ongoing runs from playbooks already created by a Developer+. They cannot manipulate the code, but they can update questions that allow variables to be added at runtime.

Or
Ops Viewer

Ops Viewers can view ongoing runs from playbooks already created by a Developer+. They can interact with the OpsBox to query about their environment. They cannot manipulate the code nor run any WebForms.

Target

The nodes that Automation playbooks target. New targets can be requested by a Developer+ at any time.
